1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the “MyUploaderExtension” Chrome extension (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. License

The Extension is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and use one copy of the Extension for personal or commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms.

3. User Accounts & OAuth

The Extension integrates with third-party services (YouTube, TikTok). You will be prompted to sign in with your own credentials; we never store your username or password. You grant the Extension permission to access your account via OAuth tokens.

4. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension except as expressly permitted.
• You may not distribute the Extension in a manner that violates any applicable laws or platform policies.

5. Updates

We may update the Extension or these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Extension.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
